No more fees for Night Markets and Alfresco Dining

Are you interested in holding a stall at an Alice Springs Town Council Night Market? Does your business want to add alfresco dining? Well we’ve got great news for you!

In the past, Coun­cil required a fee for any­one want­i­ng to hold a stall at a night mar­ket or for busi­ness­es to obtain an alfres­co din­ing per­mit. In an effort to pro­mote as many small busi­ness­es as pos­si­ble, these fees will now be waived!

That’s right, Alice Springs Town Coun­cil will now waive the per­mit fees for ALL stall­hold­ers at our Night Mar­kets, mak­ing it eas­i­er for you to share your tal­ents with the com­mu­ni­ty. Alfres­co din­ing per­mits will also be free with Coun­cil aim­ing to sup­port the econ­o­my in Alice Springs.

Stall­hold­ers will still need to reg­is­ter with ASTC to take part. You can do that by con­tact­ing Coun­cil on 8950 0505 or astc@​astc.nt.​gov.​au. Busi­ness­es will also still be required to apply for an alfres­co din­ing per­mit. To do so, just fill out this form.

The next Night Mar­ket will be held on Thurs­day 21 June in con­junc­tion with the Desert Fes­ti­val. We look for­ward to see­ing you there!
