Council's Christmas & New Year hours

Alice Springs Town Council's Christmas hours have been finalised for the 2021/22 summer period. Below are the dates Council's facilities will be closed to the public. For more information contact the relevant facility.
Civic Centre
Closed to the public on Friday 24 December 2021 and will reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre
Closed on Friday 24 December and Christmas Day, Saturday 25 December 2021.
Depot
Closed to the public after 3.30pm on Friday 24 December 2021 and will reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
Regional Waste Management Facility
Closed on Christmas Day, Saturday 25 December 2021 and New Year’s Day, Saturday 1 January 2022.
Rediscovery Centre
Closed from Saturday 25 December 2021 and will reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
Alice Springs Public Library
Closed to the public from Friday 24 December 2021 and will reopen on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
