Fol­low­ing feed­back from the com­mu­ni­ty, Coun­cil resolved to devel­op 50% con­cept designs for Todd Mall, Todd Street, a Com­mu­nic­ty Space, Hart­ley Street carpark and Leichardt Ter­race.
