The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced casu­al Duty Man­ag­er who will be respon­si­ble for the dai­ly oper­a­tions of the Cen­tre which include life­guard­ing as required, man­age­ment of team mem­bers, pool super­vi­sion and safe­ty, over­see main­te­nance of plant room and clean­ing of facil­i­ties and ensure water qual­i­ty is main­tained to stan­dard. Ensure com­pli­ance with cen­ter poli­cies and pro­ce­dures for the pro­vi­sion of a safe and well- main­tained facil­i­ty. Ensure a high lev­el of cus­tomer ser­vice deliv­ery at all times.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include over­see the dai­ly oper­a­tional require­ments of the Cen­tre, which com­prise staffing, main­te­nance, pool oper­a­tions, pro­grams and cus­tomer ser­vice, ensure the safe­ty and well­be­ing of all cen­ter patrons, and con­duct super­vi­sion as required ensur­ing there are ade­quate life­guards at all times, and ensure pre­sen­ta­tion of the cen­ter is main­tained to a high stan­dard to include cor­rect pool set­up and lane allo­ca­tion. Ensure areas are safe, clean and hygien­ic at all times.
