The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Senior Aquat­ics Coor­di­na­tor who can super­vise and lead the Aquat­ic Pro­grams team includ­ing Team Leader Aquat­ic Oper­a­tions and Learn to Swim team, estab­lish­ing and eval­u­at­ing per­for­mance stan­dards in accor­dance with depart­ment objec­tives and assist in men­tor­ing and devel­op­ment of staff relationships.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include to devel­op reg­u­lar reports in line with key per­for­mance indi­ca­tors and con­tribute to devel­op­ing the Centre’s busi­ness and strate­gic plans, inno­vate and col­lab­o­rate with the lead­er­ship team to devel­op and imple­ment strate­gies to enhance strong aquat­ic expe­ri­ences and dri­ve con­tin­u­ous improve­ment and main­tain a strong safe­ty cul­ture, tak­ing rea­son­able care to ensure own and team mem­bers actions or omis­sions do not adverse­ly affect the health and safe­ty of oth­ers, report­ing any haz­ards, acci­dents, inci­dents and near-miss­es as soon as practicable.

• Attrac­tive salary of $99,295.80 p/​a plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611.00 w/​dependents, $1498.00 w/​o dependents.
