The Opportunity
We seek an experienced customer service officer who will be responsible for carrying out a range of customer service and administrative duties. The goal of which is to provide effective and efficient service to the Alice Springs community.
Your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day front office duties and demonstrate a socially inclusive community focus by providing effective, efficient customer service to the Alice Springs community and all Civic Centre users as a whole and also provide assisted proactive and confidential range of secretarial and administrative support services and demonstrate and promote a customer and ratepayer-first approach, providing proactive, friendly and courteous service to all ratepayers and visitors.
