The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Sweep­er Dri­ver who will work as part of a con­struc­tion and main­te­nance team, under­tak­ing street sweep­ing and a range of gen­er­al main­te­nance activities. 

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include but not lim­it­ed to sweep roads, streets, park­ing areas and car parks safe­ly using a street sweep­er, oper­ate oth­er trucks and machin­ery as instruct­ed, under­take gen­er­al clean­ing, labour­ing, and car­ry out a range of appro­pri­ate sup­port duties as direct­ed by the Super­vi­sor main­te­nance, You are also required to work a rea­son­able amount of overtime.

• Attrac­tive salary of $73,917.38 exclu­sive of super­an­nu­a­tion plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o on pro-rata basis.
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave enti­tle­ments on pro-rata basis.
