Stress Less in the Plaza is on Friday 11 October 10am-1pm at the Alice Plaza, Mparntwe/Alice Springs. It is the feature event of Mental Health Week and focuses on community wellbeing. With speakers, information stalls, music by Shilo and Darcy Davis, dance fit workshop, kids’ activities and free massages. It's a free whole community event. Come on down!
