Music and Meditation Sahaja Yoga Meditation Australia and Music of Joy The Sahaja Yoga Meditation team and Music of Joy group will be touring Yulara/Uluru and Alice Springs during July 2024 offering free concerts and workshops. The Music Renowned Music of Joy group will be presenting their delightful and vibrant songs taken from countries from all over the globe. Their music can awaken and enlighten the spirit within and one can feel both meditative, joyous and uplifted in a most effortless and spontaneous way. The Meditation The concert will include a guided meditation and a video presentation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga. Her meditation provides a unique experience of true meditation for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. “Only in meditation you are in present and you grow in your spirituality.” - Shri Mataji The session will help to reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation plus provide tips on how to stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. Suitable for complete newcomers and regular meditators and the whole family. Follow-up workshop provided for one-on-one sessions. Free ongoing sessions and support available via WhatsApp and online on Zoom and YouTube.
