WHAT IS A PRAM PARTY?

A pram par­ty is a fun month­ly pro­gram for new and stay-at-home par­ents. The pro­gram offers a free 45-minute begin­ner-friend­ly move and groove class, led by a facil­i­ta­tor from our local Bring a Plate Inclu­sive Dance Com­pa­ny crew. The class will be struc­tured to move with your pram but you can have a baby car­ri­er, your baby in arms or if they are walk­ing and are safe­ly super­vised you can have both arms free! The exer­cis­es aim to be safe and enjoy­able, includ­ing low-impact, car­dio, and strength train­ing all mixed into a routine!

WHEN?

• There will be a Pram Par­ty held on the last Fri­day of every month start­ing THIS MONTH on the 29^th of MARCH from 9am‑9:45am
• Each Pram Par­ty will be held at a dif­fer­ent Park, our first loca­tion will be at the Aralu­en Park!
• You will be asked to sign an online waiv­er where the organ­is­er will then be able to direct­ly email you the next location!
