Join us from 7pm to 8pm (doors 6.30) on Saturday 12th October for a unique sonic adventure with 5 top double bass players led by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s leading bassist Ben Ward, with local stars of: Luiz Gubeissi, Kenny Glaze, Matt Owen, and Latecia Body. In muso circles, the double bass is often referred to as The Tree, and in this performance the musicians and their instruments will be situated, heard in surround sound, and lit all around our spectacular back yard and hillside as sunset turns to night. Entrance is free but a donation of $40-50 is recommended to pay the musicians. Bring anti-mozzie spray and a torch if you want to move around in the performance.
