The Opportunity
We seek a Library Program Officer, who contributes to planning and delivering dynamic, community-centered programs that emphasise literacy, lifelong learning, and creative engagement. The role will actively support programs fostering digital inclusion, personal and community well-being, workforce and economic development, and innovative learning experiences.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Library Programs Coordinator and Library Manager to design, deliver, and assess a diverse range of high-quality library programs that support literacy, lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and community and workforce development. Emphasise innovative programming to meet community interests, including coding, robotics, and STEM learning experiences, and develop and implement program evaluation measures, ensuring continuous relevance, quality, and alignment with the library’s objectives. Provide insightful feedback to library management for evidence-based, innovative programming improvements.

- Attractive salary of $80,263.75 p/a plus superannuation plus District allowance — $ 2611 w/dependents, $1498 w/o dependents on pro-rata basis,
