The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced Clean­er who will sup­port gen­er­al clean­ing and main­te­nance activ­i­ties through­out the facil­i­ty. To mit­i­gate the risk of trans­mis­sion of dis­ease or infec­tion, clean, present, and main­tain ASALC facil­i­ties includ­ing toi­lets, change rooms, offices, and grounds to a high stan­dard for all users. Lead the main­te­nance and clean­ing of the ASALC Adven­ture Park. 

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will includ­ed con­tribut­ing to main­tain­ing a safe and hygien­ic facil­i­ty, incor­po­rat­ing appro­pri­ate clean­ing prac­tices, agents, and chem­i­cals in dai­ly rou­tine and in accor­dance with man­u­fac­tur­er spec­i­fi­ca­tions, Clean­ing and suit­ably pre­sent­ing all areas in and around the ASALC facil­i­ty includ­ing the removal of lit­ter, clean­ing glass and hard floor sur­faces, wip­ing down sur­faces, dust­ing, emp­ty­ing bins, spot clean­ing, vac­u­um­ing and removal of spi­der webs, and be respon­si­ble for the main­te­nance, upkeep, and clean­li­ness of the ASALC Adven­ture Park.

• Attrac­tive salary of Lev­el 7.1 (ME) $73,917.38 p/​a plus 11.5% super­an­nu­a­tion and dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o dependents
• 6 weeks annu­al leave with addi­tion­al gen­er­ous leave enti­tle­ments (annu­al leave is paid at the employee’s ordi­nary hourly rate togeth­er with a leave load­ing of 17.5%.) + 3 weeks per­son­al leave
