The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Duty Man­ag­er who will be locat­ed at the Alice Springs Aquat­ic Leisure Cen­tre (ASALC) and with­in the Com­mu­ni­ty Devel­op­ment Direc­torate, respon­si­ble for the dai­ly oper­a­tions of the cen­tre which include life­guard­ing as required, man­age­ment of team mem­bers, pool super­vi­sion and safe­ty, over­see main­te­nance of plant room and clean­ing of facil­i­ties and ensure water qual­i­ty is main­tained to stan­dard. Ensure com­pli­ance with cen­tre poli­cies and pro­ce­dures for the pro­vi­sion of a safe and well-main­tained facil­i­ty, along with high lev­el of cus­tomer ser­vice deliv­ery at all times.
