Dupra­da Dance Company’s Sum­mer Sea­son promis­es an extra­or­di­nary expe­ri­ence, fea­tur­ing the enchant­i­ng live music of The Alice Cham­ber Orches­tra play­ing for the dancers. The audi­ence will be immersed in the ​‘best of the best’ famous excerpts of clas­si­cal and neo-clas­si­cal bal­lets show­cas­ing the bril­liance of chore­o­g­ra­phers, musi­cians and dancers who have a cer­tain je né sais quoi and are ​‘stars’ in their own right.

Our Artist-in-Res­i­dence, Miri­am Nicholls will pre­mière her new con­tem­po­rary work ​‘Red Cen­tre Suite’ Is an inspired work chore­o­graphed to world renowned com­pos­er Ele­na Kats-Chernin’s music of the same name — Inspire by our red cen­tre, Ele­na com­posed the Red Cen­tre Suite’ and lat­er vis­it­ed Alice Springs to work with the Alice Cham­ber Orches­tra.
