Council advises residents of the following hours of operation during the 2024 Easter weekend.

Civic Cen­tre: Clos­ing 5pm, Thurs­day 28 March until Mon­day 1 April. Nor­mal hours resume Tues­day, 2 April.

Alice Springs Pub­lic Library: Clos­ing 6pm, Thurs­day 28 March until Mon­day 1 April. Nor­mal hours resume Tues­day, 2 April.

Alice Springs Aquat­ic & Leisure Cen­tre: Closed Good Fri­day, 29 March. Open 9am-7pm, Sat­ur­day 30 March – Mon­day 1 April. Nor­mal hours resume Tues­day, 2 April.

Region­al Waste Man­age­ment Facil­i­ty: Closed only Good Fri­day, 29 March.

Redis­cov­ery Cen­tre: Closed Good Fri­day, 29 March. Open 8am — 4pm, Sat­ur­day 30 March and Sun­day 31 March. Nor­mal hours resume: closed Mon­day & Tues­day, 8am-4pm Wednes­day to Sunday.

Depot: Clos­ing 3.30pm, Thurs­day 28 March until Mon­day 1 April. Nor­mal hours resume Tues­day, 2 April.

Kerb­side col­lec­tion: ser­vice for Good Fri­day, Fri­day 29 March is sched­uled for Thurs­day 28 March. Res­i­dents to have bins ready for col­lec­tion by 6am. All oth­er sched­uled col­lec­tions will be car­ried out as normal.
