This workshop is facilitated by professional female black belt instructors with over 35 years’ experience. Delivered in a safe, supportive environment, we will share a wide range of tried and proven strategies to help keep you safe at home and in the community, including physical techniques that are practical, effective, and easy to remember. Your level of participation is entirely up to you. *If you sign up, we ask that you please prioritise this class as it’s provided free of cost by not for profit’s working with limited resources.
