Library Bag Design Competition Header Asset

In April 2024, we ran our first Library Bag Design Com­pe­ti­tion, with near­ly 50 entries across all the age groups. All of the designs tru­ly embod­ied the essence of Alice Springs — unique­ly local, orig­i­nal and inspi­ra­tional. We announced the win­ners here and you can check out all of the designs below.

    Alice Springs Public Library will be participating in the 25th annual National Simultaneous Storytime. Join us and millions of others around the country as we meet Tinka in “The Truck Cat” by Deborah Frenkel and illustrated by Danny Snell. Some cats are house cats. Some are apartment cats. But Tinka is a truck cat. Tinka lives everywhere.
