2 hour workshop for staff working in council, libraries, shops and other business where people living with dementia are customers. This workshop provides participants with a better understanding of the symptoms and impact of dementia and explores how the environment impacts a person living with dementia. This workshop is designed for businesses and people working in customer service and retail settings and aims to help you understand your current customer experience particularly in relation to people living with dementia. The workshop discusses helpful strategies relating to communication and the environment and how you can improve the customer experience for someone living with dementia visiting your business.
