To create this work, the library’s collection of Nevil Shute books was photographed and the spines reproduced to look like real books. Some of the titles had dust covers and others didn’t, which is represented in the work. The front cover of Shute’s most famous book A Town Like Alice’ is recreated on the end of the stack’.
