The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Team leader Learn to Swim who will lead and coor­di­nate all aspects of aquat­ic pro­grams includ­ing school swim­ming, in-house Learn to Swim, and remote com­mu­ni­ty swim
pro­grams. Demon­strate a social­ly inclu­sive com­mu­ni­ty focus by pro­vid­ing effec­tive, effi­cient cus­tomer ser­vice to main­tain and expand the suite of pro­grams offered at ASALC.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include recruit­ing & assist­ing in build­ing the Aquat­ic Pro­grams team to ensure staffing lev­els are ade­quate to cater to adults, chil­dren, and oth­er tar­get groups in line with Alice Springs Aquat­ic & Leisure Cen­tre Key Per­for­mance Indi­ca­tors, assist­ing in the coor­di­na­tion of depart­ment-spe­cif­ic train­ing and con­tribute to the train­ing needs of whole of Cen­tre, and Inno­vate and col­lab­o­rate with your team­mates to devel­op and imple­ment strate­gies to enhance learn-to-swim expe­ri­ences and dri­ve con­tin­u­ous improve­ment.
