The Opportunity
We seek a Team leader Learn to Swim who will lead and coordinate all aspects of aquatic programs including school swimming, in-house Learn to Swim, and remote community swim
programs. Demonstrate a socially inclusive community focus by providing effective, efficient customer service to maintain and expand the suite of programs offered at ASALC.
Your responsibilities will include recruiting & assisting in building the Aquatic Programs team to ensure staffing levels are adequate to cater to adults, children, and other target groups in line with Alice Springs Aquatic & Leisure Centre Key Performance Indicators, assisting in the coordination of department-specific training and contribute to the training needs of whole of Centre, and Innovate and collaborate with your teammates to develop and implement strategies to enhance learn-to-swim experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Attractive salary of Level 5.1 (MO) $95,567.02 p/a on pro rata basis plus district allowance
