We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer to lead an efficient, proactive, and confidential range of executive secretarial and administrative services of the Council in the third largest town in the Northern Territory.
You will be displaying the highest level of professional integrity, it is expected that the position will develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as provide support for the implementation of programs, projects, and other initiatives as required.
Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, including diary management, monitoring of emails and managing requests to assist with prioritisation of work and activities, undertaking secretarial functions associated with Committee meetings, and Council and forums from time to time, including collating agenda items, taking minutes and facilitating the preparation and distribution of documentation, and deliver effective oral and written communication consistent with Council values and established timelines.
