People & Culture Officer- (Recruitment & Training)

This position will be advertised until filled.
The role will primarily be responsible for the attraction, recruitment and retention function and with the support of the Manager People & Culture, the function will work with key staff across the organization to ensure that the staff are supported in areas such as training and professional development, traineeships, transition to employment, onboarding and induction processes
