Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management - Basic Intensive Training
01-03-2012 47 Coolibah Crescent, Alice Springs
Choice Theory is not something you learn it is the way you choose to live your life – from the inside out, not the outside in. In other words, no-one can make anyone do, think or feel anything unless they choose to do, think or feel it. People just behave. We receive information and make a choice about what to do about it.
Choice Theory (CT) and Reality Therapy (RT) focuses on why and how every person behaves to meet their needs. This course provides a clear theoretical framework and the strategies, skills and tools to assist professionals to stay totally centred in the client’s world.
