Stallholder & Performer Application Forms

Interested in becoming a stall holder at the Alice Springs Town Council Night Markets and Christmas Carnival?

You can participate in the Alice Springs Town Council Night Markets and the Christmas Carnival as a stallholder. Applications and expressions of interest are accepted throughout the year. Attend monthly or just one time - it's up to you!

If you do not hold a current market license:

Completed applications, fees and relevant certificates or permits must be submitted 3 weeks before the actual night market date you would like to attend. To ensure space availability, submit your application as early as possible. Please note there is no guarantee of specific sites requested and site allocation is up to the discretion of the Alice Springs Town Council market co-ordinator.

Do you already hold a current market license?

If you already have a current Alice Springs Town Council market license and interested in participating in any of the night markets including the Christmas Carnival please register your interest with applicable dates no later than 3 weeks before the set night market date by contacting the Community Projects Officer on 8950 0505 or fstoops@astc.nt.gov.au

 

Applications for performers and musicians

There are always opportunities for performers at the Alice Springs Town Council Night Markets and Christmas Carnival.If you are interested in showcasing your talents to the local community and visitors to our town then fill out the following application and submit no later than 4 months before interested dates of performance.

Do you want to attend the Todd Mall Sunday Markets?

Although Council plays a large role in the Sunday Markets they are coordinated by Todd Mall Markets Incorporated. The attached stallholder license and market vehicle permit still need to be submitted to Council along with all relevant documents. Council's general guidelines also apply to these markets. For stallholders who are interested in using electrical and gas equipment along with food or topical applications please ensure the first point of contact is the Council's Community Projects Officer on the above number or email. To check Sunday Market availability please click here to register your interest on line.

Please note that all stallholders must submit a license with all required documents and hold the necessary permit to attend either ASTC Night Markets or Todd Mall Sunday Markets.
